We are a Canadian non-profit organization running a number of programs to help the underprivileged, marginalized and vulnerable groups of people such as students from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds globally, new immigrants to North America and members of visible minorities that are systemically discriminated against in the countries they have chosen to make their new homelands.
We started with a program helping college and university students get their first jobs in the technology industry through focused mentoring by highly qualified volunteers.
Our next program is aimed at providing comprehensive settlement services to new immigrants.
Founded by successful industry professionals, our aim is to break barriers and help people get a fair shot at achieving their dreams by leveling the playing field. These include helping our target audience overcome lack of practical experience, technical skills, professional networks, cultural competencies, ability to manage daily life in a new environment, and communication skills needed to succeed professionally and become productive members of the society.
